Abstract
無歯顎インプラント症例においてはCT 撮影時の診断用ステントと外科手術時のサージカルガイドの位置再現性が乏しく，治療計画と異なる位置にインプラントを埋入してしまうという問題がある．そこで，ミニスクリューを用いてステントの位置再現性を向上させることとした．ミニスクリューによりCT 撮影時の診断用ステントと外科手術時のサージカルガイドの位置を一致させることができるだけでなく，インプラント埋入時にサージカルガイドを安定させることが可能となった．また，トリートメントデンチャーの支持にも利用でき，創面の保護にも役立つことが確認できた．【顎咬合誌34（1.2）：57-64，2014】
