Abstract
对2017年1月至2019年1月使用金属夹治疗食管胃曲张静脉出血内镜治疗困难病例13例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，结果显示13例食管胃曲张静脉出血内镜治疗困难病例经金属夹止血处理后，即时止血成功率100%，近期无再出血，对下一步治疗无影响。表明金属夹在食管胃曲张静脉出血内镜治疗困难病例即时止血中具有积极作用。.
