Abstract
The result of this study is the application of the material criminal law against embezzlement in the office is very important to consider the application of a firm and consistent criminal law, valid and convincing evidence, proportionate sanctions, and strict supervision of employees. The application of this law maintains public safety and prevents criminal acts from harming the public interest. Darkening is divided into ordinary and with weighting.
