Abstract

AbstractThis study explores the essence of lean manufacturing in industrial parks. Currently, the development of spaces for the location of production facilities is a topical area, therefore it is recommended to introduce the lean construction of industrial parks approach.Purpose: Development of implementation and functioning of lean manufacturing is carried out by residents of industrial parks. The work focuses on lean logistics, that is, on the use of a pull system that unites all participants in the value chain.Methodology: The use of lean manufacturing methods, the development and improvement of production processes provide a positive result for industrial parks with little investment.Findings: A decision was made to create a production stream in an industrial park on the basis of an integrator, where finished products are manufactured. It is necessary to create a matrix of a family of products, to combine into one family of residents who create important parts, components with similar processing stages.Originality: The use of lean manufacturing tools will provide more independence for residents and make management more efficient. Lean production in industrial parks will allow implementing import substitution programs and creating new ones. The research problem is the creation of industrial parks, but with a low occupancy rate by residents, as well as a long cycle of construction of industrial parks. The authors see the solution to this problem in the application of Lean Construction Management technologies in the territories of industrial parks.
