Abstract

Easy wheel components are one of the supporting components in the manufacture of bicycles, although only as supporting components but the selection of suppliers used must be appropriate. The bicycle industry has three suppliers to supply easy wheel components. Currently, the selection of easy wheel component suppliers carried out by the bicycle industry only uses price, quality, and service criteria. Suppliers selected to supply easy wheel components are sometimes unable to meet demand, resulting in company delays in delivering products to consumers. This research aims to provide key criteria and subcriterias as considerations in choosing suppliers and provide proposals for supplier priority sequences. The methods used in this study are interpretive structural modeling (ISM) and analytical network process (ANP). The results of this study obtained four criteria and twelve key subcriterias and the order of suppliers from the largest to smallest weights, namely PT. A, PT. C, and PT. B.
