Modern Russia goes through a difficult period of crisis and exchange of sanctions that have left a definite imprint on the Russian players in the logistics market. Logistics, as a so-called satellite, the motor trade is in their systems a huge potential. It is a sort of “blood arteries of the country” – water, road, rail, air. Any changes in international economic relations are automatically projected onto the market of logistics services. This article discusses the position of logistics in today's economic situation, as well as methods and means of adaptation and optimization under these conditions. The article reveals the undeniable advantages of the WMS – system, and describes a method for effective solutions for cost optimization in logistics as a cross – docking. This article also describes the idea and in fractional reveals the essence of this method of cost optimization solutions. In the process of studying the article becomes abundantly clear that this system has a distinct advantage in the absence of the need for investment funds, the only necessity of the system is an effective HR management and monitoring processes. There is confirmation of the fact that in difficult times of crisis, logistics has a huge potential and opportunities for growth and optimization. We give evidence that the innovative WMS technology strengthens its position and deeper embedded in the system of logistics and cross-docking, in turn, is one of the effective ways of making cost optimization in logistics at this time in this situation.

DIRECTIONS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORT LOGISTICS IN UKRAINE

Topicality. Technological innovations of the fourth industrial revolution have had a significant impact on the development of logistics and the organization of logistics and transportation throughout the world. These processes were also facilitated by the globalization of international trade, the transnationalization of large companies, and the growth of volumes of commodities’ production, which involves the unrestricted movement of resources and goods between countries and continents, which can only be realized under the presence of a strong and developed transport and logistics infrastructure. The growing role of transport and logistics services is confirmed by the UNCTAD data, according to which 63 % of the World's volume of investment stock belongs to the services sector, 23.4 % of which - to the transport and logistics services.The geo-strategic position of Ukraine allows it being a convenient place for transit transportation of cargoes and passengers between the countries of Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Four Crete transport corridors pass through Ukraine. The transit transposition of Ukraine is an absolute advantage of the country, which makes national market attractive for foreign investors and producers.World trends show, that recently in the sphere of transport logistics, new cargo delivery technologies and innovative approaches to transport infrastructure have emerged. That is why the relevance of the choice of the paper topic is related to the study of the impact of innovative technologies of the fourth industrial revolution on the development of transport logistics. There is a large number of ambitious projects that will be analyzed in this study. This will allow us formulating suggestions on the implementation of the most promising projects of transport logistics to implement them in Ukraine. They will be aimed at increasing the competitiveness of both logistics enterprises and the country as a whole.Aim and tasks. The purpose of the article is to study the impact of innovative technologies on the development of transport logistics in Ukraine and to formulate suggestions on the implementation of the most promising projects into the transport and logistics infrastructure of Ukraine. Research results. The article reveals the main meta-trends in the development of logistics for the nearest future, namely: 3D printing, IoT, UAV, autonomous transport and underground cargo delivery. The analysis of the logistics market showed, that in Ukraine over the past 10 years the development of logistics has showed a predominantly negative dynamics : almost no water transport (only 1 % of total freight turnover); due to the state of roads and restrictions on the traffic of large-sized transport, only recently road haulage has begun to show a positive dynamics, while rail transport is still the main type of cargo transportation in Ukraine. The project of a logistics infrastructure for underground cargo delivery for the Odessa region and Ukraine as a whole is suggested. Within the framework of this project, a possibility, the potential cost and the profit from the implementation of the underground cargo network in Ukraine have been analyzed. According to the analysis, at the expense of the profit from this project, the payback period will be 7 years, and only one year after the project implementation the profit is expected to increase by 51 %. Conclusion. Ukraine has an extremely favorable geopolitical location; several international transport corridors pass through the country, but at the moment the degree of the use of transport infrastructure in Ukraine is rather low. In recent years, the country has been active in supporting initiatives related to the development of international transport corridors, defining their creation and development as a priority direction in the development of the transport complex of Ukraine. According to the analysis, the attraction of investments for the introduction of modern transportation technologies will lead to a significant increase in the profit from freight transportation and will allow Ukraine to take the leading position in the market of logistics services in Europe.

Innovative technologies in logistics as a factor of modernizing the organizational culture of logistic enterprises

Introduction. The transformative processes within the global logistics system create preconditions for recognizing the necessity not only to enhance the production processes and service provision but also to elevate the competitiveness of enterprises and alter their organizational culture. Given this, particular attention is directed towards the impact of innovative technologies, which are gaining traction in the logistics market, on the intellectualization of logistics management, and consequently on the substantive features of their organizational culture. Purpose. Identifying innovative technologies in the logistics services market, their impact on the intellectualization of spheres of activity and logistics enterprise management. Considering this as a challenges for their organizational culture, determining vectors for its modernization. Results. The main approaches to understanding innovative technologies and their role in the development of logistics markets at the present stage have been identified. The types of innovative technologies in logistics have been considered, and an original approach to their classification according to various criteria has been proposed. The substantive characteristics of individual types of innovative technologies have been revealed, the areas of their dissemination in international logistics practice have been identified, and barriers to implementation in Ukraine have been disclosed. Conclusions have been drawn regarding the objective necessity and conditions for applying positive global experience in modernizing the organizational culture of Ukrainian logistics enterprises.

Application of Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, and Other Innovative Technologies in Healthcare Education (Nursing and Midwifery Specialties): Challenges and Strategies

This article focuses on enhancing the quality of training in nursing and midwifery specialties through the application of innovative technologies in education. The widespread integration of innovations into the education process creates expanding opportunities for the implementation of modern, sustainable, and technology-supported training methods. An innovative training system for nurses and midwives was developed and implemented over one academic year. The system incorporated educational video materials, serious games, problem-solving activities, and more. Additionally, the study explored the potential of leveraging artificial intelligence and virtual reality to enhance training effectiveness. Participants in the educational experiment were divided into an experimental group (who received additional training through innovative methods) and a control group (who underwent traditional training). Both groups underwent pre-tests and post-tests to evaluate their practical skills in injection techniques. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in the acquisition of patient care skills when modern interactive technologies were integrated into the training process. Statistical analysis confirmed the significance of the obtained results. This research provides foundational methodological guidelines for researchers, educators, and curriculum developers interested in incorporating innovative interactive technologies into healthcare education.

One-day-ahead forecast of state of turbulence based on today's economic situation

Research background: In the literature little discussion was made about predicting state of time series in daily manner. The ability to recognize the state of a time series gives, for example, an opportunity to measure the level of risk in a state of tranquility and a state of turbulence independently, which can provide more accurate measurements of the market risk in a financial institution.
 Purpose of the article: The aim of article is to find an appropriate tools to predict, based on today's economic situation, the state, in which time series of financial data will be tomorrow.
 Methods: This paper proposes an approach to predict states (states of tranquillity and turbulence) for a current portfolio in a one-day horizon. The prediction is made using 3 different models for a binary variable (Logit, Probit, Cloglog), 4 definitions of a dependent variable (1%, 5%, 10%, 20% of worst realization of returns), 3 sets of independent variables (un-transformed data, PCA analysis and factor analysis). Additionally, an optimal cut-off point analysis is performed. The evaluation of the models was based on the LR test, Hosmer-Lemeshow test, Gini coefficient analysis and CROC criterion based on the ROC curve. The analyses were performed for 43 individual shares and 5 portfolios of shares quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The study has been conducted for the period from 1 January 2006 to 31 January 2012.
 Findings & Value added: Six combinations of assumptions have been chosen as appropriate (any model for a binary variable, the dependent variable defined as 5% or 10% of worst realization of returns, untransformed data, 5% or 10% cut-off point respectively). Models built on these assumptions meet all the formal requirements and have a high predictive and discriminant ability to one-day-ahead forecast of state of turbulence based on today's economic situation.

Analysis of the Impact of the Internet of Things Technology on the Development of the Transport and Logistics Market

Internet of Things (IoT) is becoming a technology of great importance in the current era of the international economy development, with essential impact on all the social systems. Logistics is a sector undergoing deep innovation-driven change in the latest decades. It was information and communication technologies (ICT) that greatly contributed in the growth of the logistics market. These ICT-specific innovations allow connected logistics services to generate big scopes of data and diverse information that can be stored and analyzed with high accuracy. On account of this, market analysts believe that IoT is capable to trigger radical change the way of supply chains, and predict the average nearly 30 per cent annual increase of the global logistics market after 2020. This raises the importance of analyses of various dimensions of IoT technology impact on the expansion of the transport and logistics services market. The definition of the notion “Internet of Things” is given, with emphasizing its significance for the modern economy. The IoT contributions in enhancing the market effectiveness of the transport and logistics services market are highlighted. Statistical data on the perspectives of IoT technology applications in transport and logistics services are analyzed, showing that transport logistics is an industry leader by IoT spending; essential advantages created by IoT in the transport and logistics services are highlighted. Cases of effective use of IoT at company level worldwide are given, to confirm that transport and logistics is one of the most promising sectors for implementation of IoT.

The article provides an overview of effective innovation tools in the field of logistics. One of the main means of sustainable logistics development is innovation. In the process of digital logistics formation, innovative technologies become the backbone for the industry to reach a new level. Logistics innovations include services, technologies, and changes that help speed up various processes. Thanks to innovative tools, logistics companies can significantly increase their competitiveness and consolidate their place in the market. Means of logistics innovation are the basis of its development. The article identifies five types of innovative tools in logistics: basic logistics innovations, transport innovations, warehouse innovations, IT innovations, innovations aimed at working with customers. In addition, the innovative products of the logistics market are growing in the digital age. This phenomenon leads to major changes in supply chains. Innovation is a tool that takes the processes of delivering goods from the starting point to the end point to a new level, opens up the opportunity for enterprises to gain competitive advantages and allows them to optimize the entire logistics cycle. Effective tools and technologies for logistics innovations, such as robots, IoT, blockchain, were considered within the digital economy. In order to determine their significance, examples were obtained from the foreign experience of the innovative activity of the industry. In addition, the indicators of the world ranking were obtained to consider the current state of logistics in Kazakhstan. The level of application of new technologies in the domestic logistics market has been studied. Based on the conducted research, it was suggested that the country's logistics market is still in the development stage. There are a lot of innovations in the global logistics market, and a small number of innovative enterprises can be observed in the domestic one. These problems, in turn, can be considered as a key constraint in the development of logistics.

The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of organizational and functional model of innovative transformation of transport and logistics systems. Methodology. General scientific methods used in the study, in particular: theoretical generalization; methods of positive and normative analysis, statistical analysis. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the formation of the organizational and functional model of innovative transformation of transport and logistics systems. Results. The article provides a basis for the formation of organizational and functional model of innovative transformation of transport and logistics systems. The substantive and critical characteristics of the development of transport and logistics systems are investigated. The main factors and motives for the functioning of warehouse logistics in Ukraine were revealed. The main factors and reasons for the development of warehouse logistics in Ukraine were revealed. It has been proved that the reasons and factors for the development of logistics in Ukraine change over the years, and this leads to the emergence of new types of logistics to meet all subjects of logistics services. It has been determined that the development of warehouse logistics is influenced by both permanent and temporary factors. Permanent factors include political, economic and consumer factors. It is proved that the pandemic coronavirus disease (COVID-19) had a significant impact of temporary factors on the development of warehouse logistics in modern conditions. The temporary and permanent reasons for the development of warehouse logistics in Ukraine have been identified. The principles of warehouse logistics are presented. Tasks and levels of warehouse logistics are defined. The basic principles of warehouse logistics are given. These include: consistency, coordination and integration, optimization, sustainability and adaptability, cost reduction, TQM, the use of modeling and automation. It is proved that these principles of warehouse logistics allow to provide timely and quality services for storage, processing and shipment of inventory, provide interconnection of the warehouse with the services of supply, storage, transportation and shipment of inventory. It is proved that the decisive role in the management of warehouse logistics belongs to planning. The main objectives of integrated logistics planning include: the distribution of work areas and equipment on them, minimizing costs, increasing the level of cargo handling and warehouse capacity, increasing throughput capacity. Organizational and functional model of innovative transformation of regional transport and logistics systems, which together will contribute to the intensification of innovative development, engineering and re-engineering of warehouses and transport and logistics entities in general and the construction of modern logistics centers that provide high quality services using the latest technology, was substantiated.

The article is devoted to the development of e-commerce logistics at industrial enterprises. It is substantiated that in the era of digital transformations, industrial enterprises should reorient themselves to the processes of digitalization of sales. Key features and certain stereotypes of introducing e-commerce logistics in industrial enterprises are considered and substantiated: low cost of implementing e-commerce logistics, simplification in ordering and supplying products, using a traditional logistics system in the field of e-commerce supplies, simplified warehouse logistics. Problems were processed for each stereotype. It is substantiated that industrial enterprises are partly a logistics system that can be used in the application of e-commerce, which requires its formation and additional equipment. It was revealed that industrial enterprises need thorough control over the delivery time and the compliance of orders with the needs to avoid the production stoppage process at consumer enterprises. Reasonably, the need to change logistics operations in accordance with the principles of digitalized order fulfillment and appropriate tools for effective logistics management. The feasibility of optimizing the exchange of enterprises through e-commerce logistics are revealed. It was determined that the effective development of e-commerce logistics requires optimization and minimization of costs for the implementation of logistics operations in the field of e-commerce of the industrial enterprise; matching the stock of finished products between the needs and the ability of the company to provide storage for the best possible delivery times; a mutually agreed e-commerce logistics infrastructure of an industrial enterprise with a traditional logistics system. Recommendations for the development of e-commerce logistics in an industrial enterprise are proposed: creation of an appropriate logistics system for e-commerce, focused on both the B2B market and the B2C market, optimization of the warehousing system with the use of informatization and digitization of orders. The procedure for the implementation of electronic commerce at the industrial enterprise has been developed.

Modern challenges in the development of transport and logistics services in the context of global economic changes

The article examines modern problems and trends in the development of transport and logistics markets based on digital transformations in the context of global changes in the economy. The survey of the results of the forecast analysis of the development of the world transport and logistics market in the context of global changes in the economy was carried out. It was concluded that the forecast dynamics of the volume of the global transport and logistics 162 market in 2021-2030 are characterized by positive trends of global economic changes. The ideas of researchers in the direction of the development of the market of transport and logistics services in Ukraine, transformation of business processes in digital processes and digital platforms are presented. The connection between the strategy of digital development of the economy of Ukraine and high technologies for the period up to 2030 is indicated, which should determine the goals, directions, conditions for the institutional and digital transformation of the infrastructure of the economy in the context of global economic changes. The author’s vision of Digitalization of transport and logistics services in Ukraine with competitive advantages in the context of global economic changes is provided. It is recommended to use B2B, B2C, B2G models for the market of transport and logistics services in Ukraine based on the concept of strategic planning of the business ecosystem. It is proposed to develop the principles of business ecosystem planning related to the development of the Digital economy based on modularity, configuration, multilateral relations, management, organization of the business ecosystem. The author’s vision of Digitalization of transport and logistics services in Ukraine in the purpose of growth and formation of competitive advantages in the context of global economic changes is provided. The task of Digitization of the business ecosystem, which should scale the national transport and logistics market, has been set.

The article is aimed at studying the concept of «innovative social technologies» and determining the vectors of their application in the field of tourism and hospitality. During the study, interpretive methods were used, in particular hermeneutics (during the study of approaches to the interpretation of the concepts of «social technologies», «innovative social technologies»), as well as methods of abstract logical analysis, analysis and synthesis in order to comprehensively present the research materials. The article systematizes the existing approaches to the interpretation of such constituent concepts as «social technologies» and «innovative technologies» in the studies of domestic scientists. The characterization of the concept of «innovative social technologies» is surveyed and the authors’ own definition of this concept is proposed. Specific features of innovative social technologies in the field of tourism and hospitality industry are identified. The types of application of social innovative technologies in the field of tourism and hospitality are presented. All types of innovative social technologies are generalized into three large groups (on the promotion of services, improvement of conditions for independent (individual) travel, and the introduction of new social initiatives in the development of tourism and hotel and restaurant business). Practical examples of social innovative technologies in the field of tourism and hospitality industry are presented. The results of the study can be used in the practical activities of tourism enterprises, as well as hospitality industry enterprises (in the process of planning marketing activities, in particular when choosing social technologies as a tool for promoting relevant services), as well as by regional tourism management bodies in the process of drawing up targeted programs for regional development. Generalization of the types of application of innovative social technologies in the field of tourism and hospitality allows future researchers to determine the place of individual technologies in ensuring the sustainable development of individual tourism and hotel enterprises, as well as the industry under study as a whole.

Application of innovative technologies in increasing the efficiency of irrigated land use

The article emphasizes the importance of the wide application of innovative and resource-saving technologies in practice in crop irrigation systems. The current situation in the water sector of the economy requires a radical improvement of the state's water management policy. The country is struggling to adapt to the new market conditions of agricultural management. Therefore, the management of the system remains difficult, water users are not interested in rational use of water, the technical condition of water management and hydro-reclamation systems is deteriorating, huge areas of irrigated land are out of economic circulation. Emerging problems in the water sector reduce the competitiveness of agricultural products and lead to high costs for the production of crop production. Therefore, it has been established that the issues of effective and rational use of land and water resources currently belong to the most important problem of socio-economic development of society. This is due to the fact that the food security of any state and the standard of living of its population are directly related to these factors. In order to solve the problem, the main available resources were proposed, that is, ways to use land and water resources with maximum productivity and efficiency, increase irrigated land in agriculture and save irrigation water. To analyze the factors influencing the efficiency indicators of total irrigation costs, a correlation and regression analysis of the usefulness of cotton products was carried out.

The article examines the main trends in the development of the transport logistics market in terms of passenger and cargo transportation. The main factors that determine the activity from the perspective of the dynamics of the development of transport companies have been analytically investigated. The economic activity of the transport industry was analyzed with studies of the structural components of the freight and passenger transport markets, as well as the basic dependencies of functioning with their influence on the dynamics of the development of the logistics market. The trends of transport logistics are considered based on the study of the characteristics and features of transportation by types of transport. The basic customers of customers of transport companies that form a stable portfolio of orders for transport services have been determined, in particular it has been proven that the stability of the growth of the transport and logistics market, the growth of transportation volumes in Ukraine is based on the transportation of goods that are directly or indirectly related to the field of agro-industrial complex and road construction branches of the country's economy. It was established that during the five pre-war years in Ukraine, the share of transportation by road and rail transport has a steady trend of growth based on the increase in demand for transportation of the specified branches of the country's economy, which confirms the establishment of a positive trend for the transport and logistics market. The commodity and consumer markets, together with the logistics services market, have interrelated directions of development and generally remain balanced, while the road and rail transportation market shows a steady growth trend with a predicted probability of slowing growth rates. The results of the study can be used in forecasting the level of stability of logistics services market segments, taking into account cargo and passenger transportation by types of transport, as well as for improving or updating tools for planning the work of transport forwarding, logistics and transportation enterprises.

Introduction. Logistics as a type of economic activity plays one of the main roles in the formation and development of market relations, so its study is especially relevant in a market economy. Information resources are one of the most important subsystems of the resource potential of the firm, and information is a key element of logistics operations. The information specifies the needs of the objects of logistics systems and supply chain links. The article investigates that logistics is one of the important components of the state economy and now this component is at the stage of its formation and requires a scientific approach to study; the place of the information and analytical center as an infrastructural component of logistics systems is determined; the information and analytical support of the market research of logistics services is substantiated and the system of statistical indicators of the research of this market is formed. It is determined that the prospects for the development of the logistics services market in Ukraine directly depend on the state of the country's economy. Methods. The following scientific methods were used in the research process: inductions and deductions - in the process of studying the general tendencies of logistics development in Ukraine; analysis and synthesis - during the theoretical generalizations, the formation of appropriate conclusions; bibliographic - research of literary sources to obtain the necessary information on the research topic; method of associations and analogies - for the proposed new ideas and suggestions that arise from comparison with other more or less similar objects. Results. Logistics in Ukraine is developing in accordance with world trends, has a significant impact on the economic potential of the country, stimulates the development of related, interconnected and complementary industries, is a reflection of the competitiveness of our country in the world. Logistics efficiency is now at the forefront of the agenda for professionals, private firms, and international organizations. Thus, the logistics of information flow is relevant in the field of logistics. Information resources are one of the most important subsystems of the resource potential of the firm, and information is a key element of logistics operations. The current level of logistics development requires constant improvement and introduction of new information systems. Discussion.
