Abstract
Objective To take objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) as an example to explore the application of online virtual diagnosis and treatment platform in the evaluation of clinical thinking ability of medical students. Methods Based on the study on the connotation of clinical thinking ability, an OSCE assessment scheme was constructed, and an information-based clinical thinking simulation training and assessment system was used, and totally 692 students were assessed. Results The difficulty coefficient of the four test sites was 0.34~0.55 (average 0.48), the difference was 0.01~0.53, the reliability was 0.72, and the validity was 0.74. The platform was easy to operate to implement assessment. Conclusions The application of online virtual diagnosis and treatment platform in OSCE can objectively and effectively evaluate the clinical reasoning of medical students.
