Abstract
The food problem is related to the national economy, China is a big country of grain production, how to ensure the safety of food, to achieve safe and efficient, low exhaust food storage and transportation is an important problem to be solved at present. Nowadays, the application of information technology to the safety and information management of grain storage and transportation has been studied by scholars at home and abroad. This article synthesizes predecessor's research, unifies to each kind of information technology analysis contrast, summarizes its application in the grain storage and transportation process different link, finally constructs the grain storage and Transportation Safety Management Information Network integration platform, and impels the grain storage and transportation enterprise Informationization process.
