Abstract

Emergency decision making during nuclear reactor accidents is a complex decision-process. The decision must take many factors into account, including many uncertain factors. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) takes into account of qualitative factors and quantitative factors, which makes the decision more reasonable and scientific. In this paper, fuzzy mathematics is exploited to enlarge analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to the fuzzy condition. The maximum membership degree of each scheme is calculated through the establishment of fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, thus the optimal scheme is obtained. It shows that the fuzziness of evaluation index in the nuclear accidents emergency decision scheme selection process can be effectively solved by AHP so as to improve efficiency of emergency decision scheme optimization process and the accuracy of the results.
