Abstract

AbstractAiming at the optimal load distribution problem of thermal power plants, a multi-objective optimization combination model will be established considering power generation cost, pollution emission and load adjustment time. On the optimization algorithm, a hybrid algorithm of niche genetic tabu search is proposed. This algorithm takes niche genetic algorithm as the main body to avoid the problem of “premature” and insufficient diversity of traditional genetic algorithm; combined with tabu search idea, TSR operator is used for cross operation, which improves the problems of poor local search ability and convergence speed of traditional genetic algorithm. Taking two 200 MW and two 300 MW units in a thermal power plant as an example, the proposed hybrid algorithm is compared with the other two traditional algorithms, and the results show that the improved hybrid algorithm is effective.KeywordsPlant level load distributionMulti-objective optimizationSolution setNiche genetic algorithmTabu search algorithm
