Abstract
The characteristics, structure of extended remote operation and maintenance protocol based on IEC60870-5-101, the normal or abnormal communication process of remote maintenance are introduced, and the transmission of operation and maintenance data between distribution master stations and distribution terminal units is effectively standardized. This paper expounds some common problems and solutions of remote maintenance under current wireless public network communication mode.
