Abstract
目的 探讨高速涡轮钻在拔除下颌阻生智齿中的应用.方法将110例下颌阻生智齿的病人,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组的55例病人用高速涡轮钻拔牙,对照组的55例病人用凿骨、劈冠、增隙法拔牙.观察两组病人术中不适、手术时间长短,术后并发症及护理配合.结果实验组比对照组手术时间明显缩短(P＜0.05),两组局部肿胀程度,疼痛程度没有明显差异(P＞0.05),两组均没发生术后出血、干槽症及神经损伤,但对照组术后出现5例颞下颌关节区疼痛.结论高速涡轮钻拔除下颌阻生智齿,能缩短手术时间,减轻术中不适,减少术后并发症,值得临床上推广。
