Abstract
Indication of glucocorticoid use in juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) are: non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug invalid systemic JIA, macrophage activation syndrome, complicated with inflammatory bowel disease, complicated with uveitis, intra-articular injection in patients with active arthritis.Due to the long-term use of glucocorticoids with various risk of side effects.It is necessary to closely regularly monitor the side effects of glucocorticoids, strictly control the dosage and course, and add traditional and/or biological disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs in time.
