Abstract

The article presents the results of research related to the problems of development of start-up projects in the IT-industry. Such projects are based on innovation and need to be formalised as independent enterprises for their implementation. Under market conditions, such enterprises are forced to develop modern IT products to support small and medium-sized businesses based on the interaction with numerous potential customers, who subsequently become regular ones. At the same time, the type of SaaS company is determined to a large extent by its “average client”. This is the topic used in many empirical rules of SaaS metrics. We proposed a hypothesis about the possibility of applying game theory to improve the efficiency of customer interaction with SaaS companies, based on a model that takes into account the mutual influence and interaction of the business owner, developers and customers. The development of innovative IT products should be carried out with the fullest satisfaction of the interests and needs of all key stakeholders. In this article, we have proposed a mathematical description of the model and method of modelling these interactions using game theory. It allows building corresponding formal models. For modelling and testing of the offered models, the heuristic algorithm with optimisation function is offered. For carrying out of chains training, the Python functionality with users activity datasets processing is used. An analysis was made, and conclusions were reached on the effectiveness of the proposed approach.KeywordsProjectsInnovationIT productInformation interactionStart-upDecision makingGame theoryModellingStakeholders
