Abstract
This paper presents real-time fuzzy logic control for press cap roller used in tlle rolling process. The system is installed at tea processing facilities in Tea Research Institute, Gambung, Indonesia. Fuzzy logic control methodology is applied to achieve the desired temperature in press cap roller machineused in black tea rolling process. Mamdani-type fuzzy logic control strategy is implemented in software running on PC
