Abstract
Nowdays, the bidding competition is more and more fierce, and the bid evaluation is influenced by many factors, but there are so many subjective factors in the traditional methods that they can not make quantitative analysis objective. So this paper try's to use the Fuzzy AHP in bid evaluation, and establishes the index system of the bid evaluation, then the weight of index has been set up by the Fuzzy AHP. According to the results we get, by using Fuzzy AHP, it can void the subjective influence in the bid evaluation process and is scientific and feasibility.
