Abstract
尿路上皮癌是第四大常见的肿瘤，其中上尿路尿路上皮肿瘤(UTUC)占尿路上皮癌的5%～10%。然而，大多数上尿路尿路上皮癌确诊时已经处于进展期肿瘤，预后都比较差。寻求一种更为安全有效的检查及治疗手段显得尤为重要。近年来，输尿管软镜联合其他光学成像系统在提高上尿路肿瘤的诊断率具有一定的优势。同时，输尿管软镜联合钬激光在治疗孤立肾患者、移植肾患者及慢性肾功能不全患者的尿路上皮癌有较大的前景。本综述主要阐述输尿管复合其他技术在尿路上皮癌的诊治方面新进展。
