Abstract
Objective To explore the application of fine management in management of nurse′s aide in operating room under the condition of informatization without full coverage. Methods The fine management was carried out in nurse′s aide of operating room from July 2015 involving human resource integration, perfecting training system and job responsibilities, optimizing the workflow. And then, we compared the differences in the satisfaction of medical staff with the nurse′s aide, rate of cleaning in health department of responsibility, incidence of sharp instrument injury and dropout rate of nurse′s aide before (January 2015 to June 2015) and after (July 2015 to December 2015) implementation. Results After the implementation of fine management, the satisfaction rate of medical staff increased from 90% to 95%; the rate of cleaning in health department of responsibility increased from 80% to 95%; the incidence of sharp instrument injury decreased from 25.0% to 12.5%; the dropout rate of nurse′s aide decreased from 18.7% to 12.5%. There were statistically significant differences in all of them before and after implementation (χ2=12.53, 8.12, 6.78, 7.93; P<0.01). Conclusions The application of fine management in nurse′s aide of operating room improves the satisfaction rate of doctors and nurses as well as the satisfaction rate of nurse′s aide with a win-win situation.
