Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing on premature rupture of the membranes , and to explore its clinical application value .Methods Sixty parturient with premature rupture of the membranes were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table , each with 30 cases. The control group received the conventional nursing , and the observation group received the nursing intervention according to the evidence -based nursing , and the situation of parturients and neonatal in perinatal period were compared between two groups .Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation groups was (376.5 ±83.9) ml, and was significantly lower than (456.9 ±76.3) ml in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=2.96, P〈0.05). The infection rate was 3.3% in the observation group, and was significantly lower than 10.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.52, P〈0.05).The Apgar score in neonatal was (9.4 ±0.3 ) in the observation group , and was ( 8.1 ±0.5 ) in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( t=2.37, P〈0.05) .The incidence rate of respiratory distress syndrome was 6.6%in the observation group, and was 16.7%in the control, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.16, P〈0.05).Conclusions The evidence-based nursing can effectively prolong the age of parturients , reduce the rate of infection in parturients , and improve the prognosis of infants living .The evidence-based nursing plays the important role in shortening the treatment time and promoting the rehabilitation of patients . Key words: Evidence-based nursing; Premature rupture of membranes; Nursing intervention
