Abstract

With the rapid development of my country's modern information technology, electronic information technology has begun to be widely used in various fields in people's daily lives, including industrial automation systems. For industrial automation systems, the development of high-tech industries can effectively improve its system stability, so as to improve work efficiency and reduce operational difficulties. This paper studies the application of electronic information technology in the industrial automation industry chain. Based on the introduction of the development and trend of industrial automation, the types of industrial automation control systems, several common control system communication networks and their characteristics, several typical control system types and the applicability of communication networks are analyzed. From the perspective of industrial enterprises, the relevant content of electronic information technology is briefly explained, and the specific application of electronic information technology in the automation industry chain system is analyzed in detail, focusing on the characteristics of electronic information technology and its typical methods in practical applications. Finally, the characteristics of PLC technology are analyzed, and its application advantages in the automation process are sorted out. In order to meet the needs of industrial automation production, the author has designed different applications of PLC technology in different aspects, and strives to improve PLC technology in industrial automation. The use efficiency in the process provides a basis for the long-term development of the industrial automation industry chain. The experimental research results show that the application of electronic information technology in the industrial automation industry chain system can effectively improve the work efficiency and the operational stability of the industrial automation industry chain system. Electronic information technology occupies a very important role in industrial automation systems, which can effectively promote the sustainable development of the industrial automation industry chain.
