Abstract
Food products based on grain raw materials are products of everyday consumption and are in high demand among consumers. This type of product has a low moisture concentration, so it has a longer shelf life. If the production and storage technology is not followed, undesirable physical and chemical processes and pest infestation may occur in grain products. All this leads to deterioration in the quality and safety of products. It is possible to reduce the likelihood of such situations by using digital tools, such as digital marking, electronic document management and business process modeling. Digital labeling will allow for traceability at all stages from harvesting to the consumer, an electronic document management system will transfer information between stages to the required extent, and a process management system will prevent errors at the processing stage.
