Abstract
In order to realize the accurate weighing of digital electronic balance, this paper proposes a kind of high precision electronic balance based on nonlinear tracking differentiator to solve the problems of digital electronic balance data drifting, poor stability and low precision. Firstly, the transfer function of digital electronic scale system based on resistance strain gauge sensor is established, then the relevant parameters of nonlinear tracking differentiator are designed, and finally the MATLAB model of digital electronic scale is established. Matlab simulation shows that the digital electronic balance based on nonlinear tracking differentiator has strong anti-interference ability, stable performance, and can effectively meet the relevant requirements of the three-stage electronic balance stipulated by the state.
