Application of Delphi method in the countermeasure of nursing management under the tensional status of nurse-patient relationship

Abstract

Objective To explore the countermeasure of nursing management under the tensional status of nurse-patient relationship.Methods Forty-four experts on clinical nursing management in the whole country received the expert consultation through Delphi method.Results The effective response rates of two rounds of expert consultation were respectively 90.9％ and 95.0％,and the expert authority coefficients were respectively 0.87 and 0.90.The countermeasure of nursing management under the tensional status of nurse-patient relationship included 4items of first grade and 14 items of second grade.Conclusions In this study we find the key contents of the countermeasure of nursing management under the tensional status of nurse-patient relationship,and the results from expert consultation have a high reliability.The results of study provide a basis for further study of alleviating the tensional status of nurse-patient relationship.
