Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of dynamic electro-cardiogram (DCG) combined with treadmill exercise test (TET) in diagnosis of early repolarization syndrome with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods A total of 106 patients with suspected ERS complicated with coronary heart disease (CHD) in Liaocheng People's Hospital from August of 2016 to June of 2017 were selected. The results of coronary angiography (CAG) were taken as the gold standard. DCG and TET were used for patients. The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of DCG+ TET were compared and analyzed. Results The coincidence rate, sensitivity and negative predictive value of DCG + TET were higher than those of DCG and TET alone (P 0.05). Conclusion DCG combined with TET can improve the diagnostic accuracy of ESR combined with coronary heart disease and provide reference for clinical treatment. Key words: Dynamic electro-cardiogram; Treadmill exercise test; Early repolarization syndrome; Coronary heart disease
