Abstract

Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing based on digital in the rehabilitation of patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods A total of 64 patients with Parkinson's disease were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 32 cases of each group.Patients in the control group were given regular nursing care and patients in the intervention group were given continuous nursing care.The scores of motor and non-motor symptom, the scores of quality of life, and the satisfaction among patient and family were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of UPDRS-Ⅲ and H-Y staging motor symptom were significantly lower than those of the intervention group.The scores of depression, anxiety, sleep and cognitive impairment of the non-motor symptoms were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the score of SF-36 of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was significant difference in total satisfaction between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Continuous nursing based on digitization can significantly improve patients' movement and non-motor symptoms, and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
