AbstractThe physical training of virtual computer technology is now a new hot spot in the field of international sports science, and it has received more and more attention from domestic sports research institutions. This article studies the application of computer virtual technology in physical training videos, and understands the related theories of physical training and computer virtual technology on the basis of literature data, and then designs a physical training system based on computer virtual technology. Explains the application of computer virtual technology in physical training, and then tests the designed system.
