Application of computer virtual reality technology in the design of indoor space under the background of data

Abstract

With the growth of economy, virtual reality (VR) technology has received lots attention and has been applied to all walks of life. Due to the interactive, immersive and VR nature of the false report reality technology, its application in the field of architecture has a wide range of prospects. The advantages of this technology are unmatched by other technologies. The interior space design using VR allows designers and users to experience what you see is what you get. At the same time, it also allows users to put the Buddha in the virtual scene of this design and feel the immersive mood. This article aims to study the application of computer VR technology in the design of indoor space under the background of data. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of VR technology, the application field and the necessity of applying it to indoor space design, the questionnaire method is used to investigate the indoor space. Designers and the public conduct surveys to understand their evaluation of interior space design and process. The survey results show that the effect of VR technology in interior space design is good, the production difficulty is moderate, and the production process is easy to modify. Therefore, VR technology helps designers to design and produce interior spaces.
