Abstract

Objective To observe the effects of comfort care after stenting transluminal coronary artery. Methods 220 cases of coronary heart disease intervented through the femoral artery by transluminal stenting were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 110 cases respectively. The control group was implemented in routine care before and after coronary stent implantation and the intervention group was carried out with comfort care on the basis of conventional care. The incidence of bleeding, hematoma,pseudoaneurysm, rate of discomfort and satisfication were analyzed. Results The incidence of bleeding,hematoma and pseudoaneurysm was of no statistical significance( P>0.05 ) while the rate with sore waist and back pain, unable sleeping, urinary difficulty and anorexia was statistically significant ( P< 0.05 )between the control group and the intervention group. Conclusion Comfort care does not increase the incidence of bleeding, hematoma and pseudoaneurysm, but improve the extent of comfort and satisfaction of patients during hospitalization.
