Abstract
Purpose. Development on the basis of BIM-technologies of calculation and methodological tools of organizational and technological modeling and the selection of options for organizing construction and formalized administration of the cycle of a construction development project. Methodology. The basics of applied tools for the organization of construction as part of the life cycle of construction projects, based on engaging BIM models for the needs of preparing and administering such projects in the format of modern development, are applied. Findings. It was determined that in the modern realities of the domestic construction development, it is advisable to coordinate the development system in construction with the requirements and standards defined by the Project Management Institute. The adaptation of the existing models of the organization of construction to the format and content of BIM-technologies, which provide productive visualization and analysis of the cycle of the construction development project, has been completed. For the needs of the successful implementation of construction projects in the development format, the methodological and applied tools of BIM-modeling and construction management have been developed and substantiated. Originality is determined by the originality of the results of the study and their contribution to the development of organizational and technological modeling as a component of the “Construction Management” science and systemic application for the needs of developer management. Practical value. The accomplished improvement of the content of analytical constructive organizational and technological modeling and administration of construction is an important practical tool for successful development in construction and allows for the implementation of advanced organizational, managerial and information technologies for the needs of development of construction projects.
