Abstract
The article analyzes the prospects for introducing modern digital technologies in the professional activities of notaries. The technology of neural networks is considered as a concrete implementation of artificial intelligence algorithms. The main problems of the neural networks’ using in the legal activities are being investigated. There are formulated such principles of using neural networks as responsibility and control in the implementation, prevention of bias in its training, transparency of algorithmization, providing data security and the copyright compliance. There are indicated the limits and risks of introducing artificial intelligence technologies in notarial activities.
