Abstract
The paper briefly introduced the principle and the application procedure of AFLP (amplified fragment length polymorphism) technology,as well as its implementation and application prospect in the genetic resource,popular identification and the capacity of rehabilitation in the fish population research.It was expected that the AFLP technology could also be used in the researches of fish migration,quota allocation and fish ecology.
