Abstract
To address the problems of current drilling-in fluids and the particularity of formation damage in low and extra low permeability reservoirs, two kinds of additives (fluoroacrylate polymer FCS-08 and acrylate polymer LCM-08) have been developed, and a novel approach, which combined wettability reversal, water lock prevention, and film-forming, has been put forward. By adding in the FCS-08 and LCM-8, drilling-in completion fluid characterized by “rock surface properties improvement” is invented. This drilling-in fluid had better effect on reservoir protection and achieved the “zero damage” near the borehole. The daily oil production has been increased by 20%.
