Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing effect of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in laparoscopic surgery for children with biliary atresia. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 80 children with biliary atresia admitted to the hospital for laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 40 cases each.Conventional nursing was used in the control group and ERAS nursing was used in the experimental group.Postoperative feeding, anal defecation time and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences in postoperative feeding time, anal defecation time, hospital stay and cost between the two groups(P 0.05). Conclusions The nursing effect of ERAS on children with laparoscopic biliary atresia is good, which significantly shortens the postoperative hospitalization time, reduces the hospitalization cost, and accelerates the recovery of the children.
