Abstract
ARS-1 is an intranasal (IN) epinephrine spray for the treatment of severe allergic reactions. Advantages as compared with the current standard intramuscular auto-injector include the availability of an easy-to-use device, convenient, and a more reliable treatment. We developed a physiologically based absorption model (PBAM) to better understand the absorption of this novel IN formulation in healthy adults (HA).
