Abstract

In response to the construction surge of “ultra-high voltage” in new infrastructure, digital twin technology has been applied and developed unprecedentedly in power system. The paper firstly introduces the concepts of new infrastructure and digital twin technology, and reveals that building a digital twin model is the core requirement of new infrastructure. In view of the problems of the current traditional digital twin system in power systems, a lightweight digital twin model based on the digital-model separation data flow method is proposed, and the technical methods used in the model are elaborated. Finally, it introduces the pilot construction scheme based on this digital twin model in the 500 kV substation intelligent monitoring platform and the implementation of scenarios under the model application. The results show that the technical model proposed in this paper has significant effect in practical engineering and provides important reference significance for the future development of power systems.
