Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical application of the value of the double blood stopping negative pressure method to set up effective vein passage applied in diarrhea complication far advanced dehydration of infant transfusion of infant suffered from disease in transfusion. Methods A total of 133 eases of diarrhea complication far advanced dehydration of infants were divided into 68 as observation group and 65 cases as control group at random. The observation group was given double blood stopping bandage negative pressure transfusion method for vein puncture, and the control group was given traditional transfusion for the vein puncture. Two groups were selected hnd back vein as the part of puncture so two groups were observed for the full degree of the infant suffered from disease based on the fimt time puncture namely showing blood returning as puncture successful in the observation index so as to calculate the ease numbers of the full degree of the infant suffered from disease based for their further comparison. Results The full surface shallow of the observation group was 38.24%.full and full saturation full was 61.76% evidendy.Successful puncture rate was 89.71% but the full surface shallow of the observation group was 66.15%.full and full saturation full area 33.85% evidendy.Successful puncture rate was 66.15%.The values of x2 were 10.38 and 10.81 for two groups with remarkable difference (P<0.01).Conclusions The double blood stopping bandage negative pressure method can evidenfly improve the diarrhea complication far advanced dehydration of infant transfusion of infants suffered from disease in transfusion in full and full saturation full so as to develop one new way and set up an effective vein passage. It is very important for rescue infant suffered from disease to the diarrhea complication far advanced dehydration of infant transfusion in transfusion in realistic meaning. Key words: Double blood stooping bandage; Negative pressure; Vein full; Puncture; Infant diarrhea; Dehydration
