Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application effect of early care inpatient mode in patients with colorectal cancer surgery. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 46 patients with colorectal cancer surgery were divided into the control group and the study groups according to the order of hospitalization, with 23 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine colocolorectal cancer surgery treatment and nursing measures, while patients in the study group were given early care inpatient mode when they were admitted in the hospital based on the conventional care. Psychological pain and the score of quality of life (QOL) in two groups before admission and after discharge were compared. Results There was no significant difference in psychological pain between two groups before admission (P>0.05). The psychological pain scores in two groups were all reduced after discharge, but the score in the study group (113.48±10.83) was lower than that in the control group (164.13±13.17) (P 0.05). After discharge, the QOL sores in two groups were all improved, and the QOL score in the study group (127.66±10.52) was higher than that in the control group (113.74±7.94) (P<0.01). Conclusions Early care inpatient mode in patients with colorectal cancer surgery, can effectively reduce the psychological pain and improve the QOL, so as to improve the clinical efficacy.
