Abstract

Recent years, with the continuous improvement of national economic level, China's construction industry has developed rapidly. The scale of buildings is becoming larger and larger, and the requirements of all parties for engineering projects are becoming more and stricter, which makes the management of construction projects more and more complex. Traditional construction project management can no longer fully adapt to the survival and development of these construction units, so advanced theories and methods must be introduced to assist or carry out project management. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study the application and optimization of project management in the process of construction project management. In this paper, firstly, by referring to a large number of documents, combined with investigation and analysis, the characteristics and existing problems of traditional construction project management mode are analyzed and summarized, the application of BIM (Building Information Model Technology) in different project management modes is discussed, and a BIM integrated project management mode is put forward. The experimental results show that the BIM technology introduced in this paper effectively accelerates the construction progress, improves the construction quality and controls the potential safety hazards, which fully confirms the rationality and advantages of BIM technology in project management and guiding construction. It is of great significance to project management and construction guidance in the construction stage, and provides reference value for the promotion of BIM technology in construction units and its application in the construction stage.
