Abstract

With the arrival of the era of big data, various new concepts such as network technology and artificial intelligence are gradually integrated into people's daily life, and their convenience and efficiency can be seen. As far as enterprises are concerned, the traditional customer service no longer meets the needs of the development of the times. The establishment of intelligent customer service system reduces the working pressure of manual customer service while improving the working efficiency. Save the cost of the enterprise, so the related technology is constantly improving. In the intelligent customer service system, natural language processing service is a core technology, and it is the key to realize the intelligent customer service system to communicate with customers like artificial customer service. This paper introduces the key technologies of intelligent customer service system, namely speech recognition, machine learning, and natural language processing, and then introduces the application status of natural language processing service technology in intelligent customer service system.
