Abstract

As a link of management of teachers and the core to reform of personnel system in colleges and universities, appraisal of teachers in colleges and universities also presents itself as the fundamental base to building a group with sound political, ideological and professional standards, optimized structure, stable backbone teachers and those who are highly trained and energetic. Therefore, perfection of appraisal of PE teachers is conducive to teachers and improving their standards while bearing vital importance in promoting teaching and levels of training. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which is therefore adopted with an intention to motivate PE teachers and realize the management conception based on people, aims to present a fuzzy description of morality, ability, attendance, result in appraisal and turns them into quantitative indexes, thus realizing the objective evaluation of performance, qualification and research quality of PE teachers, providing dependable scientific proof for employment, reward and punishment and training.
