Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of health education path in the nursing work of physical examination center. Methods Eighty-six physical examination personnel who underwent health examinations at our physical examination center from February 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine care and the observation group received the health education pathway. The quality of physical examination, health knowledge awareness, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The length of physical examination [(87.33±10.52) min], physical examination efficiency [(7.21±1.03) points], and physical examination reliability [(8.38±1.11) points] in the observation group were better than (106.54±10.67) min, (5.74±1.28) points, (6.46±1.32) points in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of dietary knowledge [(8.31±0.35) points], psychological knowledge [(8.29±0.41) points], disease prevention knowledge [(7.50±1.36) points], physiological knowledge [(8.31±0.54) points] in the observation group were higher than (6.82±1.23) points, (6.42±1.31) points, (6.01±1.22) points, (6.27±1.24) points in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than 76.74% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The health education path is effective in the nursing work of the physical examination center, which can effectively improve the quality of medical examination and the awareness of health knowledge, and is conducive to improving the nursing satisfaction.
