Abstract
This appendix of the book Unraveling the Nagoya Protocol: A Commentary on the Nagoya Protocol on Access and Benefit-sharing to the Convention on Biological Diversity contains text of the Preamble of the Nagoya Protocol. The Nagoya Protocol on Access and Benefit-Sharing (ABS) is an international agreement that concerns environmental sustainability, other sustainable development issues and justice.
