APLIKASI PERHITUNGAN ESTIMASI BIAYA PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH TINGGAL BERBASIS ANDROID

Abstract

Estimated cost of building or dwelling house budget plan is needed as a guide to starting a job. Use of the estimated cost calculation system based on android shelter aims to facilitate the calculation of the cost in the field of residential buildings to be more easily and quickly. This study aims to provide a calculation system based on android for prospective homeowners. The method in this calculation system design using the waterfall approach with 6 stages: planning, analysis of system requirements, system design, implementation, testing, and care / maintenance. Calculation system runs on the Android operating system. There are 3 models of computation is a model automatically count, countplans and calculate detailed plan. The accuracy of the system is constructed in comparison with the reality on the ground by 89.52%.
