Abstract
PT Salim Ivomas Pratama is a company in the agribusiness field that processes palm oil. The monitoring system for light fire extinguishers still uses a checklist form. This activity is executed by recording on a yellow card every two months. This reasoned less efficient because sometimes the card is damaged so it cannot be read or even lost. It causes the process of making reports to take a long time. The research aims to design an Android-based maintenance and checking application for light fire extinguishers using a QR Code. This research uses field research methods with observation and interview data collection techniques. The results of the research are in the form of an Android-based light fire extinguisher maintenance and checking application using a QR Code. The application has been tested, and the results found no errors, and it runs smoothly following the planned functions.
