Abstract
The Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) is a non-profit-making international organization that is highly committed to two areas of education: adult learning and prior learning assessment (PLA). CAEL owes its existence to the vision and leadership of Morris T Keeton, who delivered CAEL to the rest of the world in 1974.
