Abstract
This powerful package harnesses the major technological advancements which have been discovered since IBM's issuance of the APL Terminat System for time sharing. The resutt is totally feasible use of APL Language for straight Data Processing", i.e., for the type of computer programs which are run many times over, and which must be efficient in all respects, since they are "in producation". The way is now paved for the so-called commercial user to enjoy the benefits of IBM's new, and probably final, general purpose computer language, namely APL. The package was developed by John Rose.
