Abstract
Pharmacy Today asked the honorees of the APhA Academy of Pharmaceutical Research & Science (APhA–APRS) to share some thoughts on their careers. The themes that emerged were patient care and mentoring the next generation. This year's winning research papers emerged from projects undertaken in graduate school or residencies. All APhA–APRS awards, except for the Ebert Prize, required APhA membership. Here are the awardees in their own words.
