Abstract
目的 探讨阿帕替尼联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）治疗晚期肝癌的临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析1例接受阿帕替尼联合TACE治疗的晚期肝癌男性患者的临床资料，并进行相关文献复习。 结果 该患者在TACE后病情缓解时间短的情况下，联合阿帕替尼治疗后病情缓解时间明显延长，出现高血压不良反应，对症治疗得到有效控制，随访20个月无进展。 结论 对于TACE疗效欠佳的晚期肝癌患者，选择阿帕替尼联合TACE治疗，可获得临床长时间缓解，不良反应轻。
