Abstract

Following a nearly 70‐year‐old debate between the American Psychological Association (APA) and the field about the role of master's‐trained individuals in psychology, the APA is inching a step closer to accrediting master's‐level programs in health service psychology. The move seeks to ensure quality in training, officials announced.
