Abstract
The theme of this year's annual meeting of the American Psychiatric Association (APA) is “Confronting Addiction from Prevention to Recovery.” This is appropriate considering the crisis facing America and the fact that outgoing president Petros Levounis, M.D., is an addiction psychiatrist. ADAW will of course be at the meeting, which is in New York City and starts May 4.
